Introducing Core Values in BambooHR

Good news! You can now store your company's core values directly in BambooHR. This update provides admins with a dedicated place to capture the values that shape your culture, laying the groundwork for future features that will integrate those values into more parts of the system. For now, Core Values is focused on getting organized and preparing for what's next.

What’s new

You can now create and manage your company's core values within BambooHR Settings. This admin-only feature provides a single, centralized location to document what matters most to your organization, including each value's name, description, and an optional icon.

What you’ll see

Admins will find a new Core Values tab in Settings. From there, you can:

• Add new core values with a name, description, and icon.
• Choose from icons to visually represent each value.
• View your core values in a clean, organized list.
• Edit or delete values as they evolve over time.

This area is visible only to full admins, and the values you add are stored for future use across BambooHR.

• Start documenting your company’s core values in BambooHR today.
• Keep your values up to date as your culture grows and changes.
• Get set up now so you’re ready to use core values in additional BambooHR features coming later this year.
