Create a More Welcoming First Day with Enhanced New Hire Packets

Give new hires a clearer, more personal introduction before day one. New Hire Packets now include a customized welcome message and video, plus a first-day schedule that helps employees know what to expect on day one.

What's new

You can personalize the beginning of a New Hire Packet with a welcome message and optional video, giving new employees a warm and informative introduction to your company even before they start. Welcome messages include customizable title and message fields, while videos can be added from YouTube, Vimeo, or Wistia.

These options are also available in New Hire Packet templates, so you can build a consistent welcome experience once and easily reuse it for future hires.

You can also add a First Day Schedule directly to a New Hire Packet. Add up to 10 events with a time, title, icon, and optional description, then choose the timezone that applies to the schedule. Events are automatically organized by time after the packet is saved, helping new hires navigate their day at a glance.
