Create Open Enrollment in Plan Year Wizard

This update introduces the option to create an open enrollment window while setting up a plan year and offers greater flexibility in managing any existing open enrollment windows assigned to the specific plan year. Our goal is to help you prepare for open enrollment by integrating it into the plan year creation process while still supporting the existing methods for creating open enrollment windows.

Clicking +Create New Open Enrollment will bring up the enrollment window modal. The system will auto-populate the plan year you are setting up and its selected benefit plans based on the previous step of “Plans.” Simply add a window name, enrollment dates, and benefits-eligible employees, and then click Create Enrollment Window to complete the setup.
