Custom Disclaimer for Total Rewards Statement

Admins can now add custom disclaimers to Total Rewards statements. This feature enables them to communicate specifics about compensation, benefits, equity, and more directly within their employees’ Total Rewards statements.

This improvement enhances the communication of important information, improving the overall employee experience with Total Rewards.

The admin can edit the custom disclaimer in two places.

• Settings: Navigate to Settings > Total Rewards > Settings Gear. Click the Total Rewards settings gear to open a dropdown menu with Equity Communication settings and the option to add a custom disclaimer.

• Total Rewards Statement: Total Rewards statement > scroll to the bottom > select Add Custom Disclaimer. Edit disclaimers directly from the statement using the edit or delete button to make changes on the spot.

This disclaimer enhances transparency and clarity, ensuring that any unique conditions or exceptions are clearly communicated to employees.
