Custom Feedback Questions

We've heard your requests for more flexibility in collecting situational feedback about employees from their peers, and we're responding with enhanced customization options. Starting today, you can now add up to five custom questions to your peer feedback requests, and even delete the two standard questions if you’d like.

These new custom questions will appear in the manager's inbox as usual, maintaining the flow you're accustomed to. Please note, this update is exclusively available for our Pro package customers.
