Custom Gender Identity Option in Mobile App

With the Expanded Gender Options update in July, admins were given the option to allow their employees to specify the gender they identify most with, along with the option to specify their preferred pronouns. In 2021, in efforts to be even more inclusive, we added a custom field in the Gender Identity drop-down so that employees can type in the gender they identify most with if it is not one of the options already included in the drop-down.

We have now added the ability for employees to identify their preferred gender through the mobile app.
