Custom Journal Entry Report Builder

We understand that your payroll needs are specific to your company’s dynamic. So, we’re excited to introduce the custom report builder for Journal Entry reports.

This feature allows you to group your journal entry categories and add general ledger codes within Payroll settings. You can each category up to two times by Department, Division, Employee Name, Employee Home Location, and Employee Work Location.

Once you publish the report, navigate to Reports > Payroll Reports > Journal Entry Reports to download/view the new report. If you need to make edits to GL codes, you can do so back in Payroll Settings within the Journal Entry section. For more information about custom journal entries, check out our help guide!
