Data Parity: Bulk Edit/Bulk Enroll

In our ongoing effort to elevate the efficiency of our benefits administration processes, we are excited to introduce an important update to our bulk enrollment tool.

This update introduces several new fields that are crucial for accurately recording your employees’ enrollment information. It also ensures that all key data is accurately submitted to your carriers, reducing errors.

The additional fields (depending on plan type) are also to help you enter benefit enrollments into BambooHR when transitioning from a different benefits administration platform, making BambooHR the source of truth.

Please note this update is specific to BambooHR® Benefits Administration and is not designed to replace the enrollment window workflow.
