Embedded EOR Offboarding

When you end employment for an EOR employee, BambooHR now opens an embedded offboarding experience powered by Remote directly from the employee profile. You no longer need to leave BambooHR to finish the process. The new flow includes an overview that explains what to expect, followed by a step-by-step experience that walks you through employee communication, termination details, paid time off, and additional information.

Contextual help appears throughout the process to support you with guidance and links to Remote’s offboarding resources. This helps ensure each termination follows the appropriate requirements while keeping everything clear and easy to complete.

To maintain accuracy and security, only Account Owners and Full Admins can submit an EOR offboarding request.
