Employee Performance Report Gets a Refresh with Trendlines

We are excited to release new functionality to the Employee Performance Report. Not only will you see a new look and feel to the report, but you will be able to see an individual’s performance over time with trendlines. Simply choose a performance period to see the data in the new format and then select the individual you want to show trendlines for. Now you can see historical data on the individual giving you visibility into each employees’ individual performance overtime in one quick snapshot.
