Employee Selection in Compensation Cycles

We are excited to announce an enhancement to the Compensation Planning process. Previously, when an admin created a compensation cycle, the system automatically included every employee in the company. With this update, we now have a more flexible and efficient workflow that allows admins to select which employees to add to a compensation cycle.

When creating a new compensation cycle, administrators will now see a new "Employees" tab in the setup process.

In the picker, admins can search for and select the desired employees to add to the cycle.

Once added, the selected employees will show in the Compensation Planning Cycles overview page in the “Employees Included” column.

This update empowers compensation administrators with enhanced control and accuracy when constructing a planning cycle, significantly reducing the time and effort required for this process. Rather than handling a comprehensive list of all employees, they can now swiftly create targeted cycles for specific departments, divisions, or locations with just a few clicks.
