Employee Signatures for Benefit Elections
Signing benefit elections provides legal documentation for you that employees have actively reviewed, understood, and agreed to the benefits that they select. We are excited to now offer this as a required step in the employee benefit election process. This step collects all necessary information for this signature to be legally binding, including: user ID, timestamp, and IP Address. You can also add the employee signature and timestamp fields to your carrier forms in the PDF form builder.
In addition, when creating or editing a medical plan, you can now choose to include a legal disclaimer during enrollment. This will appear on the final step of the enrollment process.
