Employee Turnover Report Update

We’re excited to announce an update to the Employee Turnover report that will give you greater insight into your employee turnover and provide you with data needed to help make positive changes. Please note that this update may require you to update your access levels in order for certain employees to have visibility to the report.

With this update you now have more context into your voluntary resignations as you can see a breakdown of which employees you wish you could have kept (regrettable turnover) and which employees you were okay parting ways with (non-regrettable turnover).

In order for this information to be displayed in the report, you must select whether an employee who voluntarily resigns is considered regrettable or non-regrettable turnover in the End Employment modal. You can learn more about regrettable and non-regrettable turnover in this blog post.

We will continue to honor access levels for regrettable and non-regrettable information. This means that there may be some employees who once had access to the Employee Turnover report that will no longer have access unless they are given permission to see this data. To learn more about access levels, please see this help guide.
