Employees with Approved Elections are Locked to an Enrollment Window

We have updated enrollment windows in Benefits Administration to add an extra layer of security for approved elections. Employees with approved benefit elections cannot be removed from enrollment windows, helping you maintain accurate records.

When editing an enrollment window, employees with approved elections will appear locked and uneditable. This indicator makes it clear that their elections are finalized.

A helpful tooltip explains why the employee cannot be removed, creating a smoother and more intuitive experience while managing your enrollment windows.
