Get ready, BambooHR users! We're thrilled to announce some fantastic enhancements to Payroll Reminders, designed to make your payroll process smoother and more transparent than ever! Say goodbye to endless scrolling and hello to a more intuitive, efficient experience.

What's New & Exciting?

We've been listening, and we're delivering! Our latest updates bring you:

• Clear Visibility! Ever wonder who completed a reminder and when? Now you'll see "Completed By" and a precise timestamp for every reminder across all Payroll Reminders experiences! This means full transparency and accountability at your fingertips. And if you're the one who completed it, we'll even give you a friendly "(me)" shout-out!
• Intuitive Interface! We've redesigned the reminders interface to reduce clutter and improve usability. You'll find the "Don't forget to..." input box conveniently repositioned at the top, and new items magically appear below as you add them. The "Save" and "Cancel" buttons are now right next to the Reminders Input box, making your workflow even smoother.
• Smart Expand & Collapse Functionality! For those long lists of reminders, we've introduced a brilliant "Show More" button. By default, you'll see the first 5 reminders, keeping your view tidy. Need to see more? Just click "Show More" to expand the full list, and it will transform into a "Show Less" button when you're ready to collapse it back down. No more excessive scrolling!

These exciting updates are live in the Payroll Center Reminders List, Run Payroll Edit Page Reminders Modal, Review Page Reminders Modal, and Approved Payroll Reminders Modal.

Even Better Payroll History!

While the Payroll History view already showed who completed reminders, we've upped our game by adding the completion timestamp there too! This ensures consistent, comprehensive information across all your payroll experiences.

We're confident these enhancements will make managing your payroll reminders a breeze, giving you more time to focus on what matters most – your people!
