Filter by Teams for Review Cycles and Goals

Target the right people faster. You can now filter review cycles and goal access by Team, making it easier to include the exact groups you need without extra manual work. This added precision helps improve accuracy and keeps performance workflows aligned with how your teams actually operate.

When creating or editing a review cycle, you will now see Team listed as an option under “Filter Employees By.”

The same option appears in the Goals settings tab when defining who can access or participate in goals.

Use the Team filter to quickly build more targeted review cycles or goal groups. This is especially helpful for organizations that organize work across cross-functional or project-based teams, helping ensure the right people are included every time.
