Flexible Default Hours for Time Off

We are excited to introduce flexible default time off hours, a new feature that accommodates diverse employee schedules within your company. This feature lets you create multiple sets of default hours, ensuring that time off requests align more accurately with individual work schedules.


By default, the system sets all employees' time off hours to 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday. Although you can edit these hours, the previous one-size-fits-all approach required manual adjustments for employees working outside these hours each time they requested time off.


Now, you can set default time off hours for different employee groups to better match all your employees' working hours.


This new feature streamlines the time off request process, reduces errors, and enhances the overall employee experience by accommodating diverse work schedules.
