Global Employment Company Onboarding

Getting started with global hiring just got a whole lot simpler. The new Global Employment onboarding experience guides you through every step of setting up Employer of Record (EOR), so you can move from setup to hiring faster with fewer questions and less manual support.

A new in-product onboarding module now walks you through the full Global Employment setup from start to finish. You can create and connect your Remote account directly in BambooHR by entering company details and setting up your billing entity, then follow a clear, step-by-step path to start hiring internationally. The experience guides you through onboarding new or existing employees with country-specific flows, helping reduce errors and ensuring nothing gets missed along the way.

Throughout onboarding, support is always within reach. A contextual “Get Help” experience connects you with the right contacts based on your setup, so you can get answers quickly and keep things moving.

You can start or pick up where you left off anytime from your homepage or Global Employment settings, making it easy to complete setup at your own pace while staying on track.
