HR Benchmarks: Benchmarks Tab in Reporting

We have added a new Benchmarks tab in the Reports section of BambooHR to make it easier for you to find, access, and use valuable HR benchmarking data. This update centralizes all benchmarking reports in one place so you can quickly compare your company’s HR metrics with others and make more strategic, data-driven decisions.

The new Benchmarks tab is located between the Standard Reports and Custom Reports tabs. It includes all standard reports with the benchmarking feature, saving you time searching through multiple report lists.

For Elite customers, all benchmarking reports are fully accessible in this new location while remaining available in the Standard Reports tab for convenience.

For Core and Pro customers, the Benchmarks tab introduces an engaging discovery experience.You will be able to view the Employee Turnover report, along with a short video highlighting the value of our benchmarking feature. Account Owners can upgrade their package directly to Elite using the Upgrade to Elite button, while other users can use the Learn More button to explore the benefits of upgrading.
