Indeed Disposition Data

Indeed is the largest job board in the world, and our integration helps our customers find hundreds of thousands of applicants each year. In order to improve the applicant experience and increase the likelihood of success, Indeed now requests disposition data from BambooHR (and other ATS partners) regarding how applicants fare during their interview process.

From this time forward, when an admin creates (or edits) a job opening and shares it with Indeed, a pop-up will appear informing the admin that candidate data is shared with Indeed. They can then choose to opt in or opt out of sharing that data with Indeed.

All customers will be opted-out by default, and once a customer has chosen to either opt in or out, the pop-up will never automatically appear again. Note, however, that any admin can change this status at a later date if desired.
