Mobile Performance Assessments

Not all employees work at a desk, and even those that do often like to complete work on-the-go. With this in mind, we’re excited to announce that you—and your employees—can now complete Performance Assessments from anywhere through the BambooHR mobile app!

When employees and/or managers have an open Assessment, they will receive a prompt to complete it on the mobile homescreen. They can also access their Assessments via My Info > Performance.

Employee Flow

After opening the Assessment, the employee is served the same set of questions that are currently in the desktop version of Assessments, and are also given the ability to attach files. Unlike the desktop version, however, users must go through each question in order, and can’t skip ahead until the current answer is submitted.

Manager Flow

Managers follow a similar workflow, and as with the desktop version, can answer questions about the employee, attach relevant files, and set a date for reviewing the Assessment.

Enabling Access

This change will allow all Performance customers to access Assessments within the mobile app. There is no action needed for existing customers to enable them.
