We’re excited to announce a new enhancement to Peer Feedback in Performance Management. Knowing how an employee is working with their team is essential to knowing how they’re performing in your organization. Previously you could only request feedback for an employee with two other people. Now you’ll be able to request feedback on an employee with up to 10 other employees.
The increase in peer feedback allows you to request more feedback from different team members or departments, and feel confident that you’re getting a clear picture of how your employee is contributing to the organization.
