The benefits importer allows you to upload benefits enrollment data from a spreadsheet instead of typing it in one employee at a time. We have simplified the benefits importer template to make it easier and more intuitive to use, resulting in fewer import errors. If you are already using the benefits importer, make sure you download the new template!
The previous version had both Employee/Company Pays and Employee/Company Pays Monthly columns. We have simplified this for you; now you can put all of your plan cost amounts in the Employee Pays and Company Pays columns. We also added a column called “Cost Frequency (Per deduction or Monthly).” This is where you can indicate whether the amount entered is per deduction, or monthly.
