We’ve added a COVID-19 tab to the employee record that makes it easy to track vaccination, testing, and exposure across your organization!
We know that the recent vaccination mandate in the U.S. and COVID-related requirements have fallen directly on HR’s shoulders. This feature will assist you in your efforts by giving you a simple and safe way to keep track of sensitive medical information.
The new COVID-19 tab can be added to the employee record by clicking the More button on the far right side of the employee record, followed by the Customize Tabs button, the Add Tabs button, and finally, the COVID-19 dropdown item.
By default, this tab allows you to track vaccination status, which vaccine was received, final dose administration dates, and whether or not proof of vaccination has been provided.
You can also add tables to track vaccination history, exemptions, testing, and exposure by clicking the Customize Fields button, followed by the Add Fields button, and finally, by choosing your desired table from the dropdown menu. These tables can easily be removed or rearranged with the click of a button.
But we know that tracking this information is only half the battle. Ensuring you can report on this information both internally and externally will be critical in meeting requirements. That’s why all the information on the new COVID-19 tab can be generated in a custom report directly in BambooHR.
