New Data Sources in Custom Report Builder

The custom report builder now includes more datasets for analyzing HR data within BambooHR, expanding your reporting capabilities.

This update integrates data from the following features as datasets into the custom report builder.

• Applicant Tracking
• Performance Management
• Time Off/Holidays
• Benefits

• ATS (Applicant Tracking System): Contains data related to job applications, candidates, job openings, and related activities

• Performance: Includes data about employee performance goals, statuses, and progress

• Time Off/Holidays: Comprises information about employee time off, holiday schedules, and related accruals

• Benefits: Contains data about employee benefits, including plan details and dependent information
