New Way to Add Carrier Information

We have enhanced the existing Add Carrier modal to streamline the process of selecting and adding carriers within BambooHR® Benefits Administration.

The updated process now features a searchable and scrollable dropdown menu with a comprehensive list of top U.S. carriers (sorted alphabetically), including those supported by our carrier connection platforms.

If a carrier is not listed, you can add a new carrier, and we will determine if you qualify for a carrier connection.

Additionally, we have refined the process of collecting group numbers by moving this requirement to the benefit plan setup. This change allows for multiple group numbers per carrier. Group numbers will be required for most plan types, with exceptions for Other and Reimbursement plan types.
