Payment Details - Recently Started or Ended Deductions Tables
We're thrilled to announce some fantastic updates to our Payment Details page designed to make managing payroll deductions during payroll easier and more transparent than ever!
Upon opening payroll, click on the employee’s name to view their Payment Details page where you can find the new tables for upcoming deduction changes and recently ended deductions prominently displayed. You’ll also be able to edit amounts within the Deductions table at any time.
Upcoming Deduction Changes Table:
This table is located below the existing deduction table and will only display if there are scheduled changes within the next two pay dates. The table displays records of new deductions, edits to active deductions, and upcoming deduction end dates.
Each record includes the name of the deduction (with subtext indicating status changes), type, effective date, Employee Pays rate, and Company Pays rate.
Recently Ended Deductions Table:
Keep track of deductions that have recently concluded with the Recently Ended Deductions table. This feature shows records of deductions that have ended within the last two pay dates, helping you maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
This table is also not editable and will not display if there are no ended records within the last two pay dates. Information includes the name of the deduction, type, start date, end date, total employee contribution, and total company contribution.
These updates are part of our commitment to providing you with the tools you need to manage your HR processes efficiently and effectively. We believe these changes will help streamline your payroll tasks and improve overall workflow.
As always, we love your feedback! To provide product feedback on this feature and more, head over to our product feedback page and let us know how we’re doing.
