People Being Paid Page in BambooHR
We are excited to launch our People Being Paid page for Payroll. You can now easily track how many employees are on your upcoming pay cycles and review potential errors that need to be resolved right in BambooHR prior to running your payroll.
With this update, company errors will continue to appear in a red banner in the payroll tab and you will be able to fix them easily in BambooHR. However, a new line will be added to the Pay Info Box on the Payroll Tab for employee errors. This space will allow you to view the employees included on your upcoming pay cycle, if they are ready to be paid, and if they have payroll errors that need to be resolved prior to running payroll.
If there are no employees with payroll errors in the paycycle, the count of employees will be displayed in black.
If any employee errors exist, the count of employees ready to be paid out of the total count of employees will be displayed in orange with a warning icon. By selecting “View”, you will automatically navigate to the People Being Paid page.
By selecting the “View” you will automatically navigate to the People Being Paid page where you can easily see who is in the paycycle and ready to be paid, or has errors. The “View” button will only be available for the upcoming unapproved payrolls but not for previously approved payrolls.
On this page, you can easily see who is in the pay cycle and ready to be paid or which ones have errors that need to be resolved prior to running payroll. The “View” button will only be available for the upcoming and unapproved payroll, but not for already approved and processed pay cycles. The page clearly displays the pay date with the pay schedule name displayed in light gray next to it. Employees with errors automatically appear at the top of the page. You can also easily search or filter if you are looking for a specific employee.
Resolving these errors is straightforward and easy to navigate. Simply select the “Fix Now” button located next to the error message and a pop-up modal will appear for updating the missing or invalid information.
