We know how important it is to have options when setting up and scheduling performance management feedback and assessments, to improve this experience we have made a few updates.
Starting today you will see the Performance settings page has a fresh new look and additional scheduling options. We broke up the four steps into 4 tabs for a more clear distinction between each feature. On the Assessment and Feedback tabs, you will notice that we have added a 4-month option to the 3, 6, and 12 months options that have always been there and you don’t have to run assessments and feedback on the same duration. If you want to collect feedback every 4 months but only run reviews every 6 months, no problem. And as always you can see the timeline of events under ‘Preview Schedule” if you want to see a visualization of when assessments and feedback are scheduled.
As an added bonus, we have added open date ranges to all Performance reports. Instead of being limited to review periods, you can select date ranges for your reports so that you have the data you need in the time frame you need it.
