We’re excited to share that BambooHR has partnered with Lumelight, a trusted leader in ACA reporting and compliance, to make ACA filing easier for you. This partnership brings a smooth integrated experience that helps you generate, file, and manage ACA forms starting with BambooHR.

How This Helps You

You can now purchase Lumelight’s ACA reporting services right through your BambooHR account. Here’s what that means for you:

• Preferred pricing available only to BambooHR customers
• Simplified billing — all charges appear directly on your BambooHR invoice
• One-step integration that automatically syncs your employee data (names, SSNs, addresses, hire/termination dates, and employment statuses)

Choose Your ACA Reporting Option

You have two flexible options depending on how you like to work:

• Self Service

If you like to stay hands-on, you can use Lumelight’s software to generate and e-file your 1094/1095 forms with built-in compliance guardrails and standard support.

Available if you use BambooHR Payroll or Benefits Administration and have a single EIN.

• Full Service

Prefer to hand it off? Lumelight’s ACA experts will manage your data prep, form creation, and filing for you. You’ll also get a dedicated account manager and priority support for complete peace of mind.

Available to all BambooHR customers.

Pricing

• Self Service: Pay by the form (volume-based pricing)
• Full Service: $2,500 base fee + the per-form pricing below
  • 75 forms or less: $12.00
  • 76-125 forms: $10.00
  • 126-175 forms: $7.50
  • 176+ forms: $6.00
• Optional: Print & Mail available at $1.85 per form
• Each additional EIN: $195
