Preview Employee Agreements Before Sending Them

Catch contract surprises before they reach your new hire. You can now preview an Employer of Record (EOR) employment agreement during the hiring process, giving you a chance to review the agreement and confirm the details before moving forward.

What's new

The new Preview Agreement step gives you access to a draft of the employment agreement before you complete the EOR hiring process. The preview reflects the information you've entered for the hire, helping you spot unexpected details earlier and reduce back-and-forth during an important moment in the employee experience.

The draft stays current as you work. When you update hiring details and continue through the flow, the agreement preview refreshes to reflect your latest information.

What you'll see

For eligible EOR hires, Preview Agreement appears between the Benefits and Review Contract steps. From there, you can open the draft in BambooHR's file previewer to page through the agreement, zoom in for a closer look, or download a copy.

You'll also see an About This Preview option with additional context about the draft agreement and where to go if changes beyond the hiring-flow fields are needed. The EOR hiring flow also has a refreshed look that makes moving between each step clearer and more consistent.
