Pronoun Visibility Update

With the Expanded Gender Options update in June, admins were given the option to allow their employees to specify the gender they identify most with along with the option to specify their preferred pronouns on their own employee record. We are happy to now announce that if an employee has selected a preferred pronoun it will now be visible in the Directory next to their name for others in the company to see. It will also be visible next to their name on their employee record page.

It is our hope that by making pronouns visible to the company it will help employees to feel more respected and included at work.
