Ratings in Custom Feedback Questions
In our ongoing effort to enhance BambooHR Performance Management, we are excited to introduce rating scales to Custom Feedback Questions. This update is available on both web and mobile platforms and provides a more structured and quantifiable approach to feedback, complementing the qualitative insights typically gathered through open-ended questions.
What’s New?
- Rating Scales for Custom Questions: You can add a rating scale to any custom question within peer and upward feedback forms.
- Customizable Rating Options: Default rating options are provided, which you can edit and customize, with the flexibility to reorder, delete, add (up to ten total), or rename the rating options.
- Validation for Rating Options: To ensure meaningful feedback, you must include at least two rating options. A warning will be displayed if fewer than two options are present, and the form cannot be saved until this requirement is met.
This enhancement will provide a more comprehensive and consistent feedback experience, enabling employees to deliver and receive more actionable insights.
