Sponsored ZipRecruiter Jobs within BambooHR ATS

What's new

Once you've posted an eligible job to ZipRecruiter, you can sponsor it for $24 per day directly from BambooHR. Sponsored jobs can reach ZipRecruiter's network of 100+ job boards, giving you another way to expand your candidate pool while keeping your recruiting work connected to BambooHR. On average, sponsored jobs receive nearly 8x more applicants than organic jobs.*

First-time ZipRecruiter sponsors receive a $100 credit, allowing your company to test sponsored job advertising before committing to the standard daily rate.

What you'll see

For eligible jobs in the United States, Canada, and Australia, you'll see the option to sponsor a job after posting it to ZipRecruiter. If you have access to paid job ads, selecting the sponsorship option opens ZipRecruiter's experience within BambooHR, where you can connect or create your ZipRecruiter account, select the job, add payment information, and start the sponsorship.

What you can do

Post your job to ZipRecruiter, then select Sponsor Job to increase visibility. Your sponsorship remains active until turned off, or until the job is moved out of Open status or deleted. This ensures your paid promotion remains aligned with the roles you are actively hiring for.
