Recognition is even more meaningful when you can see its impact. New Recognition & Rewards dashboards give admins a clearer view of how recognition is happening across the organization and how rewards are being used, making it easier to celebrate engagement, reinforce company values, and keep reward budgets on track.

What's new

Recognition & Rewards reporting is now available from a dedicated Recognition and Rewards section on the Standard Reports page, bringing all related reports together in one place.

The new Recognition Dashboard highlights key engagement metrics at a glance, including recognition activity, participation rates, recognition trends over time, and the company values employees reinforce most often. It also helps identify employees who are actively giving and receiving recognition, and highlights those who haven't participated recently.

The new Rewards Dashboard provides visibility into how reward points are being used. Admins can monitor points awarded, redeemed, and still outstanding, compare allocated points to points given over time, and see the most popular gift card redemptions.

What you'll see

You'll find a new Recognition & Rewards section on the Standard Reports page that includes the Employee Points Balance Report, the Rewards Redemption Report, the Recognition Dashboard, and the Rewards Dashboard.

The dashboards use visual charts, trend reports, and summary metrics to help you quickly understand participation, recognition activity, reward usage, and redemption trends.

What you can do

Use the Recognition Dashboard to identify participation trends, celebrate recognition activity, and encourage engagement across your organization. Use the Rewards Dashboard to monitor reward spending, understand outstanding point balances, and make more informed decisions about your Recognition & Rewards program.
