With more and more companies offering remote work, you now have the option to specify if the job location is “In-Office” or “Remote” when creating a job opening.
If “In-Office” is selected, you must select a company location. If “Remote” is selected, no other information is required.
While BambooHR doesn’t require additional information for remote job locations, some career sites do. If you want to auto-post a remote job to Indeed & Glassdoor, the country is also required. When auto-posting a remote job to ZipRecruiter, the country, state and city are all required.
