Required Dependent Fields

Carriers require specific information about employees' dependents during benefits enrollment. We have adjusted some dependent fields to be required in order to process your employees’ dependent information in BambooHR.

This update will mainly help you avoid errors in your employees’ benefits data during the enrollment process. The following fields are now required for each dependent:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Birth Date
• Gender
• Relationship
