Saving & Sharing Offer Letters

Offer letters often require approval from the hiring manager or others before being sent out to a candidate. This is a critical time in the hiring process, and needs to happen as quickly as possible in order to avoid losing candidates.

In efforts to streamline the approval process, customers can now save a draft of their offer letter(s) when creating or editing it. Once saved, a new ‘Draft’ status appears in the offer letter timeline. Anyone involved in the hiring process can then either download and share the draft or click the ‘Finish & Send Offer’ button to make any additional changes to the letter before sending.
