Set Expiration Dates for Carryover Time Off Balances

It is a common practice for HR teams to allow for employees’ accrued PTO to rollover into the next year, but some PTO policies set an expiration date for this carried over PTO balance. Now BambooHR supports that! We are adding the ability to set a carryover expiration date on accrual policies (carryover expiration cannot exceed 1 year, and it is set on the Policy level).
