What’s new

Automated rate table generation from carrier documents

Smart Age-Banded Rate Import reads carrier-provided rate documents (PDF) and identifies the age bands and corresponding rates within them. Instead of manually entering each age group and rate, you'll see a pre-populated table generated directly from the document you upload.

Nothing is applied to the plan until you confirm it. Any details the system can't confidently interpret are flagged for your review rather than entered automatically.

Review and inline editing

Once the table is generated, you can validate it against the source document, make quick inline edits, and resolve any flagged uncertainties before applying it to the plan. Smart Age-Banded Rate Import is designed to support your setup process. It does not finalize the plan or apply rates without your confirmation.

What you’ll see

During plan setup, a new upload step lets you add a carrier rate document. After upload, a pre-populated rate table appears, showing the age bands and rates the system identified. Any items that need your attention are clearly flagged within the table.
