Sunsetting Scanning and iOS 14 Support for Mobile

As our mobile app continues to expand its feature set, it’s important to take a close look at under-utilized features and consider their removal when necessary to reduce unnecessary complexity and support needs.

With these considerations in mind, we’ve decided to remove the document scanning feature, as well as iOS 14 support from the mobile app, both of which are being utilized by a very small portion of our user base.

Note that users will still have the ability to upload documents through the mobile app by either taking a photo or choosing a photo from their library.
