‘Terminate Employee’ Terminology Update

Many of our customers have expressed concern over the word termination, as it can feel overly harsh or even inaccurate when dealing with temporary or seasonal employees. In efforts to resolve these issues, we’ve replaced the phrase Terminate Employee with End Employment. The word terminate(d) will persist in locations such as reports and the employee list view.
