Unlock Job Tab Fields and Updated Syncing for EOR Employees

Data in the Job, Employment Status, and Compensation tables for EOR employees now stay cleaner and more reliable thanks to smarter syncing that aligns history updates with active contracts and uses the correct effective dates. This helps prevent duplicate or mistimed entries and keeps your records consistent without extra effort. You will also see key job details like department, division, and manager carry forward automatically when new history rows are added, reducing manual re-entry and helping preserve your data.

You now have more flexibility to manage employee information directly. Fields like Job Title, Location, Employment Status, Pay Type, Pay Rate, Paid Per, and Currency are fully editable across BambooHR, including through the UI, imports, and API. This gives you greater control over how your employee records are maintained and updated.

The Job tab experience is also more streamlined. You can now request changes for EOR employees, and a new banner helps guide you to keep contract updates aligned by linking directly to contract amendments when needed. With fewer warning messages and the ability to delete history rows, it is easier to keep records clean and up to date.
