Voluntary Life Coverage Selector

Among our Benefits Administration customers, approximately 50% of life insurance plans in BambooHR are voluntary life insurance. This update streamlines employees’ enrollment experience when they are electing life insurance plans and eliminates potential errors or invalid coverage amounts requested by employees.

When setting up or editing a voluntary life insurance plan in BambooHR, you will be able to set specific parameters, such as increment size, minimum amounts, and maximum limits, that determine how much coverage your employees can elect during the enrollment experience.
