Warning When Removing Employees from an Enrollment Window
When editing or deleting an enrollment window, admins will receive a warning message if they are removing employees who have submitted benefit elections that are pending approval. The warning message clearly explains that these employees’ submitted benefit elections will be permanently deleted upon confirmation. (Approved benefit elections associated with the enrollment window will not be deleted.)
To confirm an employee removal for an enrollment window, admins will need to type Delete into a confirmation box and then click Yes, Delete Elections.
To confirm a full enrollment window deletion, admins will need to type Delete and then click Yes, Delete Window.
This update ensures that your data remains secure and prevents the inadvertent deletion of your employees’ benefit elections.
