We’ve Added Flexibility to Performance Management!

We’re excited to announce three new enhancements to Performance Management. These new enhancements will make it easier for you to request feedback on employees.

First, you will now be able to request feedback for an employee at any time. Previously you could only request feedback on an employee during a feedback cycle. Now you’ll still have your feedback cycles to send automated reminders to request feedback but will also be able to request feedback whenever you need.

Second, you can now do 360-degree feedback for employees. With the ability to request feedback at any time and the increase from 2 to 10 requests for an employee, this allows you to do 360-degree feedback. So, if you’re a director and would like feedback on how a manager is performing you could request feedback for that manager’s direct report. This functionality allows you to gain a deeper understanding of how your employees are performing on all levels throughout the organization.

Third, we are changing the name from Peer Feedback to Feedback. We found that there was some confusion around how to use Feedback. Some felt that Feedback was only supposed to be requested from someone on the same level. With this name change we hope to better clarify the capabilities of Feedback.
