2014
Growing the Company
BambooHR reaches 100 employees.
2015
Innovating Time Off Policies
BambooHR introduces the "paid paid vacation" policy, setting a precedent for innovative and employee-friendly benefits. We also host our first HR Virtual Summit.

2019
Going Global
BambooHR reaches 11,000 clients across 100 countries, showcasing its global impact and effectiveness. We also welcome Brad Rencher as our new CEO.
2021
Growth on All Levels
BambooHR grows to 1,000 employees, 25,000 customers, and 2 million users.
2023
Revolutionizing Payroll and Benefits Administration
We launch our fully integrated BambooHR® Payroll and Benefits Administration. We also grow to 1,200 employees, 30,000 customers, and 3 million users.
