DAILY INSIGHTS FOR STRATEGIC DECISIONS: “I use the reporting feature at least 20 times a day doing different reports for my managers or for the stores, keeping track of where people are in their promotions and trainings. Being able to report on tenure and award people that have been with the company for 10, 20 years is incredible. Also being able to track turnover by job type, location, and manager has helped us immensely with determining what we need to do as a company.”
BUILT FOR GROWTH: “Taking care of everyone in BambooHR is easy. Even with thousands of employees, it doesn’t feel like it whatsoever. Changing systems might feel overwhelming in the beginning as you’re getting things into BambooHR, but once it’s in there, you don’t have to do it again. It has longevity. I don’t think the size of the company really matters. People think BambooHR is primarily for startups or smaller companies, but it works so well for our needs.”
EASE OF USE: “The easiest part of BambooHR is just how user-friendly and clean it is. We have a large staff with a diverse skillset, and no one has to be particularly tech savvy to use it. It takes you step by step, and once you use it once or twice, it’s like second nature. It’s just so easy to navigate. Plus, BambooHR just makes everyone’s job easier, especially our managers, which makes my job easier, and everyone's happy.”
