This integration connects BambooHR with WorkforceHub, allowing for a smoother, more efficient timekeeping-to-payroll workflow. Key functionality of the new, improved integration enables automatic syncing of employee data, accurate payroll processing and visibility into approved time off—all within a modern, user-friendly interface.

Integration

How it works:

WorkforceHub integrates with BambooHR through APIs. Employee information such as demographics, titles, location, department and overtime status from BambooHR syncs with WorkforceHub. Employee time tracked in WorkforceHub syncs with BambooHR, removing the need for exporting/importing data or manual data entry, and streamlining payroll entry.

How to install:

To register the integration, you need to log in to your WorkforceHub account and integrate it with an existing BambooHR account. Registration of the integration in WorkforceHub can be done by any WorkforceHub user with the Company Admin role.

Steps to install:

To integrate your WorkforceHub account with BambooHR:

  1. Select the Admin tab in WorkforceHub and select INTEGRATIONS.
  2. Under the Client Configuration section, select SETTINGS.
  3. Enter your BambooHR information:
    1. Subdomain: Your company subdomain is found in the web address of your BambooHR account. Only the portion between "https://" and ".bamboohr.com" is needed.
    2. Username and password: The integration requires a BambooHR administrative login; a different level of user account will not work. Also, since this login will be used to integrate the systems, we suggest creating a dedicated BambooHR login solely for the integration. Otherwise, if the user associated with the integration has their login deleted or changes their password, the integration will break.
  4. Select SAVE.
    1. After saving, the connection between WorkforceHub and BambooHR will be validated. If successful, you'll see a "Settings saved" pop-up and the company name will display on the Client Configuration card.
