What guardrails and data security measures are in place to protect our sensitive people data?
We take data security very seriously. We practice both Defense in Depth and Zero Trust security principles. Additionally, we take additional measures including (but not limited to):
- Active bug bounty program
- Web application firewall (WAF)
- 24/7 security management and monitoring of physical data centers
- Annual third-party SOC I & II security audit
- Highest industry standard encryption
What makes Bamboo AI different from other AI platforms?
Bamboo AI is fundamentally different from other AI platforms because it is purpose-built for HR and is intentionally embedded within the BambooHR People Intelligence Platform, rather than being a generic, "bolted-on" feature.
Does Bamboo AI train on customer data?
Bamboo AI does not use customer data beyond the scope of your agreement. BambooHR may use performance data and customer feedback to improve your use of Bamboo AI. BambooHR does not use data collected from customers’ use of Bamboo AI to provide services to other customers. Learn more here.
